Allow bbCode in Picture Title

Hello.

I have succeed changing php code in index.php and displayimage.php to activate bbcode in pictures

But I haven't succeed to activate bbCode in the thumbnails (..../thumbnails.php)

Edit include/functions.inc.php. Search for function get_pic_data(), there are different cases in that function depending on the album type. You can modiy those for allowing bbCode.
