E-cards and Registration Confirmation getting sent sporadically.

Really getting frustrated, working on this for days. :(
Did everything suggested in the Forum went through all the Docs
E-cards and Registration Confirmation getting sent sporadically.
Tried CHMOD  include/ mailer.inc.php. Tried editing include/ mailer.inc.php.
Could it be a problem with my server? Or problem with certain e-mail clients?

A user's email client has no bearing on receiving email sent from your server.  Their server may be filtering those emails as spam, or your server may be experiencing problems.  Have you told your host about this?

That was going to be my next step. I didn't think it was a problem with Coppermine.
