add_picture in /include/picmgmtbatch.inc.php doesnt count ..

... up the added pic in table cpg_albums and cpg_categories ...

so if youve made a new fresh category and a new fresh album in that and add some pics, pic_count in both tables will be 0 ....

same for include\picmgmt.inc.php ...
