display image will twinkling when switch to next image

Is there any way to make that stop ?

Is that possible that when switch to next picture, the browser will not reload the whole fame or whole page, and only the image be refreshed ?

(If the whole page being reloaded, you willl see twinkling on screen, sometimes that is not confortable, especially the background is white and you feel like there is a flash light shining just to your eyes)
