More fields..How..?

How I can add optional (4) field defines config.php to the side? What files need to modify? Would need add-on more than 4 fielss from the picture side.

I am not sure what you are asking exactly. If you are looking to add custom fields, you can add custom fields from within the config page.

 I need more than 4 add-custom on fields. If any I understood correct so custom fields will make / add config.php file by modify..? Does i need  anything other files modify..?

would require vast changes to the overall core code of coppermine, only recommended for very experienced users. Has been requested before afaik, please do a search.
