User last log in

how can i view when the last time they logged in besides the date, I would like to know the time and if possible the ip address at the time?

If you have access to them, try looking at your apache access logs from your web host and look for page hits to the login.php file.

thanks for the reply, I went into the login.php and did not see it in there, is there any other way, or why i don't have access to it in the login file?

you're not meant to look at the file login.php, but into the log files of your webserver. If you're webhosted, you probably don't have access to it though.
