Authorization problem

hi
when I user upload their pictures normally I have to check and clear them but for a week no authorization is required although my config hasn't changed .
Could somebody tell me what to do ?
I am using php nuke 6.5
Also installed security patch , now I get following notice =>
Notice: Use of undefined constant pwd - assumed 'pwd' in /opt/www/collaertjp/web/ww.nissan-club.be/nuke/html/mainfile.php on line 203
