howto align thumbs?

seem to got it working. how would set the picture to align up in the middle when it appears. it always aligns up on the left. i tried the div align tag but still no luck. do i have to change the php code instead?

i found another thread that is similar but still no luck on aligng the picture to the center. any other help would be great.
