can't install CPG...
« on: May 06, 2005, 11:34:26 pm »

Hi!
I'm from Germany and I would love to install the CPG 1.3.1 on my web-server, but when I fill in the gaps in the install-file and click on "Let's Go!" nothing happens... It appears the same page, where my indications are away! I can't carry out the install-file and I don't know what to do... :\'(

I hope you understand, what I'm talking about... My English isn't very good... ::)

If you are the web-administrator you might want to double check that register_long_arrays is on in your php.ini file.

Hi there!

I'm trying to make a complete new installation of CPG, so i've even deleted the old CPG 1.3.2 DB. Now after uploading CPG 1.3.3 on the server and doing the CHMOD. When I try to install I get this error:

Code: [Select]
Warning: main(include/sql_parse.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/users/Isolder/galerie/install.php on line 30

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'include/sql_parse.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear') in /home/users/Isolder/galerie/install.php on line 30

I don't get it! Where did I go wrong?

Problem solve, there was still some CHMODing to do in the albums directory.

If you are the system administrator, you can find it in your php installation directory or where your config files are located; otherwise your web-host needs to do it.
