I get page cannot be displayed when trying to access member list so I can set permissions to upload.

You probably have the path to the forum set incorrectly in your bridge file. Check it is correct.

I am able to post and view uploads though, that's the strange thing.
I can do anything but access the member list.

Yup, you used a full url instead of a path in the bridge file.
