negative thumbnails

can someone please look at my gallery and tell me whats going wrong, all the thumbnails seem to be appearing as negatives?

you seem to have GD2 on your server, while you specified to have GD1 set in coppermine's config. Set the GD version you actually have, then use admin tools to re-build your thumbs.
