Trouble with the Rights

Hey guys!
I got some problems with my coppermine! Only Admins can upload files but simple users cannot! What can i do to fix that? Where can i change the rights for each category or album? The "users" had only the possibility to upload in on folder but after i deleted that one no one could upload something, what can i do?!?!?!?
