Call to undefined function: cpg_db_connect() in 1.3.3

After installation I cannot reach the gallery, get error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: cpg_db_connect() in /www/htdocs/gztausen/cpg/include/init.inc.php on line 246

Can anybody help?

Make sure include/functions.inc.php is present and correct.
