Apostrophes in the Username

I've noticed that any users that have an apostrophe in their username has problems uploading images.  I searched and found a few articles from lastyear that had a quick fix, but they're not really clear as to what I need to edit/fix.

Could someone please clarify?  :)

Running CPG 1.3.2

Try http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=14384.0 and read GauGau's post on January 31, 2005. I think this might fix your problem
