Seems php isn't installed. Are you using a webhost or running on your own computer?

I am using properhosting. I pre steupa Mysql database called sohobar_phpphotoalbum. I'm not sure if that is required or not, but my databases are unlimited and I figured if install set it up, I couls delete the one I setup later.

I am not sure if I have the below or not.

PHP compiled with the support for the GD library or the ImageMagick "convert" utility in order to make thumbnails and reduced size images

I was trying to run the file from my ftp, instead of runing from the url address.
