Frame Boarders

I am using the "Nuke" theme for my Coppermine photo gallery.  I would like to have a small white boarder around the pictures and their descriptions so that they may be further separated from each other.  As it is now (Look at http://www.lastalliance.com/modules.php?name=coppermine&file=thumbnails&album=2 to see), it is very cramped.

Thanks, I will do that and make to make it more spaced out.  However that doesn't seem like it will add a border to it, though.  Is there a way to put those in as well?
