trouble at coppermine/install.php

I've download the file and up loaded it to my sever and I did the 777 right bit but when it gets to this part, it does not work.  http://www.yoursite.com/coppermine/install.php I put my site in, were needed and it just comes up with my sever's 'couldnt find web page'
 My web host is angelfire.com
