Smudge Pictures

Hi

Have installed CPG @ ISP and worked fine. Then I did install on localhost (own PC),copied user pic's and imported DB file. Mainpictures sem to be smeared / smudge - any advise?

I changed themes to classic  and opend umbrella but still no luck. Seems to be a correlation between JPEG and the extent of the blurring / smudge. When I play around with cropping picture the extent of blurrinbg changes - can't get normal picture though

Was it raining when you copied them across ?

Might be some effect that comes with your theme, which are you using ?

A screenshot might be useful.
