Next problem with top-rated pictures, is that the top is sorted by votes not by the result of average votes given.

Like picture with four times voted and the average score 4.8 lies in the first place, and the picture with 2 times voted but the average score 5.0 lies on the second. How can we change it, so that the "top-rated" is sorted by the average score, and shown there as well.
