My pics disappiered !?

This was the result when the database was restored from 24 ago. The users are here, but there are no pictures in their albums.

Please give me so solution of this problem, because there are many pics in my gallery and i dont want to become from the beggining  :-\\

Look in your database and check the [prefix]_pictures table was restored properly.

Everything with the prefix of pictures is OK.

I thing maybe the colum HITS is damaged, because I changed some things in it. Waht will happen if i delete it and to make it again?
The problem is that i dont know how to creat it :-[
I've phpMyAdmin with query window and if you can tel me how to creat this with it it'll be great :)
