Users in CPG and SMF

When bridging smf and cpg together, you users will have one user name and password for both smf and cpg, right? What about avatars?

yes, user management is handled by smf.

O.k., so when they click on the register button in coppermine, it will automatically go to smf to do the registration? Does it tell the users that they are registering for both so they are confused?

I don't see why they would be confused.  Once they register, they are logged into the forum and the gallery.  I'm sure they're smart enough to realize that.
