Where can one obtain a copy of this file, it's not included in pnCPG2.5 and can't seem to find it anywhere?

How blind am I?  It was there all the time... stupid me. ::)

Anyway, it sort of works, the scrollbars are now inset sligthy on the page, it appears to have ignored the outer margin which is really annoyng as it affects the whole site, not just the coppermine section.  Unless, there is a work around for this, I will do with out this fix. >:(
