Can't upload video files?

I tried to upload *.wmv, *.avi, *.mpg, etc and it will not let me  :(  I'm running version 1.3.2.  I can upload pictures and MP3's!  But just not video's. 

* I tried renaming the video's

* I tried video sizes from 150 K - 3 MB

*  I did increase the size of my upload too 4 MB.

* I tried several diffent themes too?

This is what I get everytime after the upload 

0 uploads were successful. 

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. ???

For some reason I'm now able to upload a *.wmv file?  Weird.  Well I guess I fixed it myself I wish I had a resolution to post ???
