Quest visits counter - need help

I have install  Coppermine Photo Gallery 1.3.2. and I want add Quest visits  counter.
Whats the file or folder I must the inside my counter?

theme's folder template.html. It would make the counter show on all pages. 'anycontent' would only show on the first page.
