User registration for gallery

I hope that I am posting in the right spot.
I have recently installed the gallery on my website. Only members of my website are able to access the galery. The problem I am having is that those members cannot create their own accounts with the gallery. I have to manually create their accounts. Is there any way I can enable for them to register and create their own accounts?

You need to allow people to register in Config.
