Thumbnail view for flash files getting error

hi i had my flash files on the photo album then i added the thumnail on it

all i did is did the thumnail saved as it thum_1120.jpg coz that name of the flsh file is 1120.swf i uplaed to the same folder now i am getting this error what do i do

Try taking the space out of your directory name: "shootem%20up" isn't the same as "shootem up"
