Can't add/edit Groups
« on: March 07, 2005, 10:40:37 pm »

Hi again  ;D

I just went thru the docs and I saw that the groups may be edited.
There is a pic in the doc, showing the group control panel. There is a button 'create new group' and another 'delete selected group'.
I got CPG132 and in my group control panel there is nothing like this around. Any ideas?

Did you happen to use an autoinstaller like Fantastico to install coppermine?

use a different theme than 'hardwired', preferrably 'classic' and retest.

you might also run update.php just in case.

That's a vital piece of information. Once you bridge, you can't manage usergroups in coppermine anymore.

Like Thu said, you have to create usergroups from your bbs app, then assign Coppermine permissions via the Coppermine usergroup panel.
