Does your bridge file have the udb_edit_users function?

Advanced search -> udb_edit_users -> Click the search button

If phpbb.inc.php doesn't have that function, you have an old bridge file.  Download 1.3.2 from this site and use that phpbb.inc.php file.  If you aren't using 1.3.2, then you need to upgrade.
