'Internal Server Error' when uploading big files

Hello,

I can upload small files (size and resolution), but not larger ones.  I've attached 2 screenshots so that you can see the error that I am getting.

I think that I have made all of the necessary config changes so that the images will upload.

Pic size is 550KB
Pic resolution is 2304 x 1728

do a search of "internal server error" it's been reported before.
