Groups problem with phpbb 2.0.11 and CPG1.3.2?

I had a phpbb2.0.11 installation that already had a couple of groups and some users in those groups.
The integration with a fresh CPG1.3.2 seemed flawless, but group permissions don't seem to be working.
I have a user account that is the "Group Moderator" of two groups, and the permissions for those groups in coppermine are exactly the same as those set for the Admin.
However, uploading works fine as the Admin, but when I try to upload with the Group Moderator, it says "There are no albums you can upload to"
I can't find a place to change the permissions per album, so I assume this is a bug with integration.
Any ideas?

EDIT: Actually, when I'm in user mode, I can't upload either.

No, not a bug.  Only admins can upload to albums in the public areas unless you change the albums permissions.
Click on the properties button next to the album thumbnail, and change 'visitors can upload' to yes.
