How Do You Stop From Haveing User Gallerys?

Hello,
I dont want Users to be able to have gallerys on myne if they want one then they should get a host and make one of their own and set up their own coppermine but how do i get them from stopping useing myne as a host? and stop them from making gallerys on mine? www.kellyclarksonfan.com/gallery i dont want users to be able to have gallerys so thanks please help me ;D thanks for the help

Have you read the instructions yet?  Setup is explained in there.  You should give that a try.
