help with resize and rename picture

i change the Max width or height of an intermediate picture. But the old picture uploaded don't have the file of intermediate.
the file when uploaded have the thumbnail_filename.jpg , normal_filename.jpg and filename.jpg, the thumbnail and real file are have. but the normail don't have. So any body help me how to make the normal_filename.jpg with all directory and all file of directory to resize to Max 300 and have normal_ in the first of file name !

You do this with the rebuild thumbs and/or intermediate pics in admin tools.

Just go into the tools and select it to rebuild your pics.

I CAN'T see the rebuild thumb tool in admin tool :(

Update thumbs and/or resized photos (1)
