where can i specify outgoing regmail address?

where can i specify outgoing registration Email address that sends new users theyre  registration details?
i'm new on coppermine.. so please don't hit me to the face...

It should be using the email adress you set in config.

how it talks to the email account.. do i have to make any settings in there?
it only sends notification to this email that "this" new user has been registred but it doesn't send emails out..
could it be something wrong with server conf?

bwt w.. just figured out that regemails inside my server can be sent (to another account).

if it means that my server is unable to send emails ot from script then issue solved.
