Anyway to swap different page for index?
« on: February 10, 2005, 05:16:48 pm »

Is there anyway to make coppermine take users to a page other than the gallery index in the instances when it would take them there (after logging in, when going "home" from a gallery list).  My main index page for my website is not the same as my gallery index, you see, and I'd rather it take them there.  Or that a strange and impossible question?  ::) Obviously a newbie here.

the "home" link can appear in two locations: in the breadcrumb navigation (it says something like "Home > Category name > sub category name > album name") and in the navigation of some themes that come with coppermine. It's easy to modify the home link for the later (or add a home link for themes that don't have one by default". Modifying the home link in the breadcrumb navigation is not recommended though, although you might want to re-label the link to say "gallery start page" instead of "home".
Any way, both things have been asked before, searching the forum should show you some answers. If you don't find the answer that addresses your particular question, reply with details on what exactly you want changed; a link to your site might help as well to illustrate.
