why can't one dispatch Flash Ecards?

Is there a statistics of the dispatched Ecards?

Because nobody has coded it yet. Be the first to code it and get all the fame, money, women etc.

You can review them in detail in cpg1.4.x (the devel version), which hasn't been released yet as "official" version, so you will have to wait. It doesn't bring full-fledged stats though, as we deliberately treat ecard features with low priority - it implies even more spam mail to be sent, and we discourage everybody to do so.
