Setup / SQL DB

Hi

Do I need to create SQL DB before hand?
Do I need to define content of DB / copy existing DB
In the configuration window - must I specify path for database
Where do I find username?
Password is this for DB 0r SQL

Please read the instructions, which state you must already have the database. The login information is either set up by your or your host. The installer will create the tables in the db.

@studiodart: do not start mutliple threads all dealing with the same issue: you have no idea what a mySQL database is, or you simply don't have one, or you don't have the access data for it. In any case, this isn't something we can help you solve, you need to discuss this with your webhost. The minimum requirements for coppermine are (among other things) a properly configured webserver with PHP, mySQL and an image library. If you don't have all of these three things, you can't use Coppermine.
