now it looks like you have to do one by one ?

um....under admin mode....their is a tab that says "resize pictures"....that will do what you ask.

EDIT: Now I see what you mean....I do not think there is a way to resize them all at once as fo right now. You could however resize them offline and then re-upload them overwriting the originals.

Yes you have to do it one by one. I could write a feature for all albums at once but you would experience timeout problems.
