search for a option to allow viewing only registered users

Hi, I have installed the coppermine version 1.3, it´s all very nice, BUT
I search the option to allow only registered users to view a album. usuallally is´s on the page "modifyalb.php?album=1" above "visitors can upload files" but on my coppermine it isn´t.....why?

Tried enabling private albums in config ?
