I am trying to upload my pictures, for the first time, and I am having trouble.  When I go to "Batch Add Files," to add my pictures, none of the thumbnails are showing up and Coppermine doesn't tell me if there is an error/file completed/etc.  The page just sits there stalled.  

When I looked at the "Debug Info", the code says:

However, I config. Coppermine to "ImageMagick" because that is what my web host goes by.  Why does it say "GD"??  Is that what is the problem??  If it isnt, why cant I upload my pictures into the gallery???  Attached is my "Debug Info Code"  Any help would be appricated.  Thanks.

Go to config page in admin mode and select 'ImageMagick' as  'Method for resizing images' and enter the path to imagemagick.

Report back whether this works or not.

In the "Config" section, it was already listed as "ImageMagick" .  That is why I am confused why it states GD in the debug.

  I talked to my web host co. and they told me that they installed ImageMagick to "C:/progs/ImageMagick" .  So I typed in the address into the "config" section and my thumbnails still wont load up and I cant upload any pictures.


EDIT:::

I changed the "upload form config" to "single file upload only" and uploaded one file and here is the error it gave me:

The file 'albums/userpics/10001/01~0.jpg' can't be inserted in the album

that doesnt explain why my "config" is setup to ImageMagick but the debugging is reading it as "GD"

the debug info checks for the existence of the GD module, no matter what you set coppermine to use for image resizing. Just ignore the debug_output if it doesn't mean anything to you; basically it is meant to mean something to the devs. If you have set the "method for resizing images" in coppermine config to "ImageMagick", then only ImageMagick will be taken into account for the actual resizing.

oh, ok. thanks.  I hate bothering you but I did search the forums and I couldn't find a thread with my problem and how to fix it.   There are somewhat similar problems, but not the exact problem that I have.  Is their any way someone could point me in the right direction??
