Need help whit instalation

Hey, sup, im new here, i need help to install coppermine. I did upload the files on my server, ive typed www.mysite.com/coppermine/install.php and it says

You have accessed a filetype or folder that must be served from a CGI server. This means that this file may exist, but if the site isn't upgraded for CGI, it cannot be served. To avoid this message, do not name your files with a .php, .cgi, or .pl extension, and don't store them in a folder named cgi-bin.

Whats this ? Some1 help me please, Thx.

is a big hint that your server can't handle php files. Please ask your webhost for help.
