PHP running on your server does not support reading EXIF dat

HI,
I'm running with PHPNUKE6.5 , when I try to click on the picture buttom
and the errors "PHP running on your server does not support reading EXIF data in JPEG files, please turn this off on the config page "


Can anyone help me ?
