I haven't changed anything on my gallery in a long time, no config settings or FTP settings... nothing.

But a few weeks ago I got emails from members saying their 'Favorites' disappeared and were erased. Also, none of the user uploads work anymore. A member of the gallery tried uploading some pictures to my gallery, but when she previewed them they only showed up as broken images, and I there are no pictures, not even broken ones, waiting for approval by me.

These features used to work, but they just suddenly stopped. This has been going on for a while now, and I haven't changed anything at all. What's causing this?

The favorites are being stored client-sided (in a cookie) in cpg1.3.x, so the "Missing" favorites could be caused by the user deleting/emtpying their cookies, or using another browser etc.
To check any upload issues, you should post a link and test user account (non-admin) with upload privileges.

The favourites issue seems to be solved.  it worked fine for me.  Did you change any settings, particularly the cookie name.

The upload is not working, as you said.  What method does your install use, GD or Imagemagick?.
Check through the upload support board for this problem.
