DB problems
« on: January 16, 2005, 09:44:17 pm »

Ive been using coppermine for a few months now, and ive noticed that when my server reboots, it loses any changes ive done. All the picutres and albums ive added, are seemingly cleared from the db. However it still shows them in the recently added area, but it wont show the actual images. The pictures are still stored in the /albums/... folders. Is their any way i can force a load of a newer db, or am i forced to redo all the additions i have done. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

That's a very weird server issue.  I've never come across any MySQL database that seems to drop items from tables if the server is rebooted.

You should probably look at your server setup and make sure you have everything configured correctly.  You should visit the home page of whatever server OS you are using, the php home page, and the MySQL home page.
