How do I make a public gallery?

How do I make it so that registered users can upload into a public gallery?  I want to be able to have a general public gallery for my users, is there an easy way to do this?.

Although this documentation is for the standalone it may answer all your questions.

We are putting together documentation for CPG1.2.0-nuke and will be included in the final release.
