Can't insert any image with over 1200 pixels

Hi

I just install version 1.3.2 into my website, every works great except with I tried to insert pictures with over 1200 pixels.

I went into the Config, changed the maximum size allowed of an image to 2048 pixels with 2048 kb in size but still couldn't get it to work.

I have another website at a different server and it works just fine with version 1.2.0

Did I miss anything ?
