Question about the userpics folder
« on: January 01, 2005, 03:48:35 am »

Before I upgraded all my images were uploaded to userpics.  I see now in the update that I'm not supposed to upload to that folder anymore.  All of my original images are still in there, should I move them out of there?

As stated in other similar posts, leave them where they are, but ftp new files to a directory inside /albums, but not /userpics.  Please take the time to look around.

I DID... and I did a search on Userpics but that brought so many pages I would have been here until Monday reading.  Maybe you could add a line about that in the General troubleshooting thread if it keeps coming up?

if a search returns too many hits, just add another search term to your query. This is a common method that is used for all kinds of searches, e.g. when using google, so the search returning too many hits are not a valid excuse imo.
