Is there anyway to install ifranview as apart of CPG so that when the users upload, they have the option of batch resizing their pictures and let it run and resize automatically rather than them resizing, and the only picture that is added to their album is the resized pic ?

I don't think so... ifranview isn't a web app, it's for Windows 9x/ME/NT/2000/XP/2003

GD can be made to do all of the resizing, irfanview won't help you. Probably what you seek is in the mods section already.

I would start looking there.
