Moving phpnuke coppermine to standalone version
« on: December 24, 2004, 11:45:27 am »

With the downfall of coppermine for cms, I wish to know if there is a way for me to export all my users and pictures to a standalone coppermine gallery?

I understand that this no support for coppermine cms now, but I am asking a question for a standalone coppermine.
Thanks.

We really don't know the table structure of the nuke port well enough to tell you if or how this is possible.  I'm sure it is possible.  One way would be to export all the nuke coppermine tables via phpmyadmin, then compare the table structure with the standalone version and make changes where you need to.  Then it would be a matter of uploading all the standalone files, running the install (or creating a config.inc.php file with the necessary info) and then importing the modified sql to the database.

You may find some more helpful conversion information over at www.cpgnuke.com - they are the ones who did the nuke port.
