problem with uploading photos??

hello
When user try to upload their photos via internet,it took a long time to process db_input.php and finally failed,the error message is like--
can't find the server or can't display page

but i have no problem when I upload via intranet
I try to correct php.ini as prior post said,but no improvement.
please help me!
the language I use is chinese big5

intranet? The definition of an intranet is that it can't be reached by internet, so maybe you're confusing things right now.

Upload and timeout greatly depend on connection speed (modem/ISDN/DSL/cable/whatever) and server load.
