Hey guys,

Firstly - I've been using Coppermine for a few years now, and it has brought a smile to hundreds of faces and is used as a way of keeping in touch for a lot of my friends since leaving high school - I've never had a problem really before, which I think speaks volumes for how great the script is...

Anyway - about my problem, I've upgraded to the latest version recently, and everything seems to be in working order - however, today I came to add some new pictures using 'Batch Add Pictures' and when I clicked on it nothing loaded.

I have checked:

- Permissions for the folders, tried both 777 and 755
- The path to the folders in Configuration

I haven't had this problem before... and have scoured the forum for a solution with no luck, and read through all the Pinned topics - so I apologise if this is another frustrating post from a puzzled user... thanks for all of your help in advance!

Looks like you are used to uploading your files into albums/userpics which is wrong. You must create new folders in the albums directory into which you FTP your files.
